Bianca Stella Bruschi is a trainee lawyer, Italian J.D. from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, and holds an LL.M. in Global Law and Technology from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, obtained in 2023.

Within SAPG Legal Tech’s focus group, she specializes in data protection law, advising a wide variety of companies to implement their privacy compliance. At the same time, she also focuses on New Technology Law, Artificial Intelligence Law, Energy Law, Trade Law, and Civil Law.

She is also Legal Officer in a well-known Italian association dealing with digital rights protection and research in the field of new technologies, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence.
