Anthony Pantano
As a Managing Partner of SAPG Legal, Mr. Pantano is a native of New York where in 2009 he received his law degree from the University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He spent his childhood in Italy where he lived for more than 10 years, and has now lived in the United States for over 20 years. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 2010 and admitted to the State of Florida in 2017.
Mr. Pantano has a solid knowledge of immigration law. He specializes in cases concerning individuals with extraordinary abilities, foreign investors and inter-company transfers of executives and essential employees.
Mr. Pantano represents large multinational companies and small start-ups on employment-based immigration and non-immigrant visa petitions and helps them overcome the increasingly complex requirements of US immigration law. Specifically, Mr. Pantano represents clients on employment-based immigration, such as: Extraordinary Ability/Outstanding Researcher, Multi-National Managers, PERM and nonimmigrant visas such as: L-1A/B, E-1/2, O-1, H-1B, J-1 and TN.
Mr. Pantano also specializes in corporate law, assisting clients in setting up companies and opening US offices. He helps new and existing companies manage corporate governance, draft and negotiate contracts such as employment agreements, leases, and contracts for the sale of goods and services. Moreover, he advises companies on the local, state, and federal laws ensuring compliance with regulations pertaining to their specific industries.
Mr. Pantano understands the issues involved with the internationalization of businesses and works with companies to ensure that their corporate and immigration needs are met while understanding the companies overall growth strategy. In addition to his legal work, he has taught courses locally and abroad and has assisted start-up companies on a pro-bono basis.
