Luca Pardi
Luca Pardi is professor of administrative law at the University of Salerno Law School and holds a course in Environmental Law.
He practices mainly in the fields of procurement and public-private partnerships, utilities and services (water, telecom, transports and waste), energy, from both traditional and renewable resources, regulatory vis-à-vis authorities, concessions and authorizations, environmental law, assisting corporate and individual clients in judicial and extrajudicial matters.
In addition to public law fields, Luca Pardi also advises in commercial law matters, assisting clients in M&A operations, business structuring and implementation, contracts drafting and negotiation, assistance to start-uppers, in Italy and abroad.
He has studied and worked in the U.S., in Latin America and has assisted clients in conducting business in various European jurisdictions.
Along with a first class law degree from the University of Naples, Luca Pardi has been research fellow at the Law School of the University of Hull, UK and holds a LLM degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law awarded by the Fordham University of New York.
He has authored many monographies and scientific publications, in Italian and English, in the fields of public contracts, environmental law and public authorities financing, and he is a contributor and editor of the Germany based European Procurement and Public-Private Partnership Law Review.
