Martina Levi

Martina focuses on civil and commercial law, as well as privacy law and personal data protection. Within SAPG, she has developed particular expertise in legal assistance and contract drafting and negotiation for start-ups, SMEs and large companies, operating both in Italy and internationally.

Being part of the “Legaltech” focus group, she has acquired solid expertise in the areas of Fintech, ICT and Big Data, as well as in the management of business processes related to personal data protection. At SAPG, Martina regularly supports companies in creating organizational and management models to ensure data protection regulatory compliance, with particular experience in the healthcare and medical facility sectors. In the field of new technologies, she actively collaborates with an online magazine by editing multiple publications. She has also delved into compliance related to the use of artificial intelligence systems, participating in European projects and supporting start-ups.

In 2021, during her academic journey, she took part in the SEMP program, spending six months in Lucerne, where she focused on internet law and copyright. The following year, in 2022, she graduated with honors from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis on data transfer between the United States and the European Union. In 2023, he continued his education by obtaining the Masterz | Blockchain & Digital Asset certification, with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency.
