Sapna Gupta
As a managing partner, Sapna Gupta leads SAPG Legal’s offices in Ohio located in Cincinnati and Dayton, and continues to practice in New York. Mrs. Gupta received her law degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law in 2009 and practiced in SAPG’s New York office for about eight years. She then opened the firm’s offices in Ohio in 2017 (Dayton) and 2018 (Cincinnati) where she resides. She is admitted to practice in both New York and Ohio, and frequently travels to the New York office.
Mrs. Gupta practices primarily transactional law in the areas of Immigration, Healthcare and Pharmacy, Corporate Law, Creditor-Debtor Law, and the planning and management of Real Estate transactions. Mrs. Gupta acts as the general counsel for several sizeable Healthcare companies in the Midwest and manages their regulatory compliance, litigation, Immigration and general contracts.
Mrs. Gupta also represents several international clients in matters regarding Immigration, Contracts, and dispute resolution. With her background and ties to many different ethnic communities, she excels in international negotiation and out-of-court settlement disputes. Mrs. Gupta’s clients include entrepreneurs, investors, artists, sports teams, IT companies, and multinational corporations doing business in the United States. Mrs. Gupta works with immigrants from entry to the US through naturalization. She is committed to building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with her clients, and has represented many of her clients for several years. Mrs. Gupta also manages the professional relationship with the Indian firm SKJ Legal. She works to bridge the legal gap in internationalization of business by educating entrepreneurs and connecting them to the right resources.
Mrs. Gupta has also been a featured speaker at numerous seminars and conferences for domestic and international entrepreneurs, and attorneys. In 2014, she travelled to India with the US Department of Commerce lecturing and educating prominent businessmen, entrepreneurs and agricultural officials regarding contracts and negotiations, and was an attorney for New York City Business Solutions from 2012-2018 through which she was able to educate many new entrepreneurs about the legal considerations for their businesses. She has spoken at continuing legal education seminars, and at consulates regarding business transactions and Immigration petitions
