Simone graduated in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and specializes in corporate criminal law.

He is a lawyer at the Bologna Bar and is authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.

He has consolidated experience in consultancy and assistance in corporate, financial, bankruptcy and tax crimes, as well as in environmental crimes and health and safety in the workplace.

He has acquired extensive expertise in the area of ​​administrative liability for crimes of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and provides consultancy in compliance matters, with particular regard to the preparation, review and updating of Organizational Models (MOG).

He has gained twenty years of experience in criminal proceedings, having been registered in the list of public defenders since 2005.

In the areas of expertise, he assists clients in judicial, extrajudicial and arbitration proceedings.
