Fabrizio Saveriano

Fabrizio Saveriano holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration and in Law. He is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, as well as a Sustainability Auditor. For over twenty-five years, he has been a partner at Studio Ippolitoni Saveriano, with its main office in Rome, as well as offices in Rieti and Milan.

He has carried out extensive work in the fields of corporate law, insolvency law, and corporate criminal law, assisting also international clients and managing extraordinary transactions, including growth and recapitalization operations, reorganizations, restructurings, and disposals.

He is listed among the Experts for the negotiated settlement of business crises, among judicial commissioners, extraordinary commissioners, and members of supervisory committees at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. He is also registered in the register of crisis managers and judicial administrators, including in the context of preventive measures, as well as among civil and criminal court-appointed experts in several courts.

He has served as a speaker at technical and professional conferences, as a member of examination boards for public competitions, and is currently a member of a committee at the National Council of Chartered Accountants.

He speaks French and English.
