Federica Bindi

One of the partners of SAPG Legal, Federica specializes in labor and corporate law. She assists large companies, including multi-nationals, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in ordinary management and extraordinary operations. She helps clients with negotiations, contracts, and legal assistance allowing for client’s continued growth and internationalization.

She provides assistance to companies in all matters relating to employment. With her considerable experience she is able to provide day-by-day assistance in matters such as contracts and payroll, as well as long term support in matters such as trade union negotiations and disputes.

She has extensive experience in managing corporate crises, in addition to managing major restructuring and reorganization operations for leading Italian companies.
